Do you have a trusted vet reference? Please list below if so.

Do you have a fenced backyard/patio/terrace?

Your work schedule? This question is especially important if you want to bring home a young puppy. Young puppies require lots of hours of attention and training.

Your past experience in owning dogs or other animals?

Number of children at home? If so are they well behaved around small animals?

Are you familiar with the Dachshund breed?

Are their stairs at your home, how do you plan to manage this?

Are there any other animals in the home? If so please describe each one and whether they are desexed.

Is your entire household onboard with the addition of a new puppy to the home?

Would you be willing to return the dog to me if you were unable to care for them any longer?

Dachshunds have long spinal columns which can lead to potential injuries such as IVDD. This injury can occur when discs are damaged, especially from jumping. Please note it is best to use ramps and avoid jumping at all times. Will you be able to provide t

How often on average will the dog be left alone? Will someone be able to feed, exercise, and take them out periodically throughout the day?

Would you be willing to keep us updated throughout the lifetime of a puppy adopted from us?

Can you provide pictures of where your potential pup would stay and the yard where they will play? If so please attach to your application.

Our pups reflect the following:

1. Extensive genetic testing and vetting has been completed by us to safely and ethically breed.

2. We include a detailed puppy guide for all families bringing home a new baby, to better prepare them for the training their little one will need.

3. All puppies receive their first vaccine, up to date worming, and a full health check prior to leaving our care.

4. A send off pack including a starter bag of kibble, teething toy, regular toy, blanket with mother and littermates scent, First 30 days of pet insurance, and all paperwork will be sent home with all puppies.

5. All puppies are safely introduced and exposed to our adult dogs, other puppies, and cat.

6. All puppies are introduced to car rides, music, children, carriers, tv, vacuuming, bathing, and grooming.
